Front Row Ecommerce has an exciting opportunity available for an individual to join us as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will play an important part in the sales team delivering exceptional customer service and value.

The Candidate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working within a team environment.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
  • Willing to learn with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience of developing and managing sales funnels including finding, negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Highly motivated with drive to self-improvement.
  • Personally credible communicator, influencer and ideally an enthusiastic networker.

Main Responsibilities

  • Finding, developing, closing and administering sales opportunities, using all available outreach and communication methods.
  • Maintaining and supporting new and existing customer accounts via a CRM.
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations plus live training sessions with prospective customers.
  • Develop customer proposals in liaison with the commercial team.
  • Produce quotations and proactively drive sales conversion.
  • Enhance the reputation and profile of the company through positive promotion of the brands and businesses.
  • Reporting to the Senior Sales Lead and Managing Director.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Existing customer contacts in health/pharmaceutical, well-being and fitness sectors.

Front Row Ecommerce will consider flexible working patterns in order to accommodate talented applicants within the operational requirements of the role – including flexible hours, full-time and part-time positions.


Salary based on experience + commission pay.
